Our client is seeking a proactive and professional lettings negotiator to join their fun and support team.
Role Overview:
This is a varied role, combining lettings responsibilities with hands-on property management. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for tenants, landlords, and applicants, ensuring smooth processes and excellent customer service
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and applicants
- Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
- Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants to secure successful tenancies.
- Deal with new tenant enquiries and arrange property viewings
- Progress tenancy applications, referencing, and paperwork in a timely manner.
- Support the property management department with property inspections, maintenance queries and contractor works
- Problem-solve effectively, ensuring issues are dealt with quickly and professionally
- Support landlords with tenancy renewals and property-related/market advice.
Requirements:
- Ideally previous experience in residential lettings, property management or a similar customer facing role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive and go-getting attitude with a drive to succeed.
- Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
