This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced lettings negotiator to join a highly regarded and busy independent lettings and estate agent with a significant presence in the Wimbledon area.
As a Lettings Negotiator you should:
- Have a successful track record of letting residential properties in a similar area
- Be keen to deliver the high levels of customer service that this company prides itself on
- Possess excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner
- Be up to date with the latest lettings regulations
- Ideally have a good local knowledge of the Wimbledon area
- Have a UK driving licence
