Trainee Sales Negotiator

• In this varied and interesting role you will be involved in sales of high-quality properties in Walton
• On target earnings up to £40,000 in the first year, consists of a basic salary of £18,000-£20,000 pa plus great commission, there is also an initial guarantee until you start earning commission
• Full training from this professional property team, established for many years in the Walton property market, known for their exceptional service complying to all the latest property regulations
• Great career potential at this company that manages many local properties
• You must have a UK driving licence and will need your own car for property visits
• Please note you will need to work alternate Saturdays with a day off for each Saturday worked

As Trainee Sales Negotiator in this varied and exciting role you will learn the full processes of selling properties
Initially, you will be:

• Marketing potential properties to let or sell
• Registering client details and requirements
• Learning the legal processes to let and sell properties
• Getting out of the office conducting property viewings on properties in the area

After full training you will also:

• Negotiate offers liaising between prospective tenants/clients and the landlords/property owners
• Follow the whole sales processes through to completion ensuring properties are successfully sold in line with the latest legislation
• Enjoy the satisfaction of successful transactions and the financial rewards of this role

Candidates should:

• Have an interest in property and be keen to provide the best possible customer experience that their team pride themselves on
• Have previous success in a sales-based role
• Possess excellent communication skills with a great telephone manner
• Hold a UK driving licence and have your own car
• Live within easy driving distance of Walton-on-Thames
• Be accurate, numerate and have good attention to detail
• Ideally have good local knowledge of local area or the surrounding areas but this is not essential
