  • In this varied and interesting role you will be involved in sales of high-quality properties in Walton
  • On target earnings up to £40,000 in the first year, consists of a basic salary of £18,000-£20,000 pa plus great commission, there is also an initial guarantee until you start earning commission

As Trainee Sales Negotiator in this varied and exciting role you will learn the full processes of selling properties
Initially, you will be:

  • Marketing potential properties to let or sell
  • Registering client details and requirements
  • Learning the legal processes to let and sell properties
  • Getting out of the office conducting property viewings on properties in the area

After full training you will also:

  • Negotiate offers liaising between prospective tenants/clients and the landlords/property owners
  • Follow the whole sales processes through to completion ensuring properties are successfully sold in line with the latest legislation
  • Enjoy the satisfaction of successful transactions and the financial rewards of this role

Candidates should:

  • Have an interest in property and be keen to provide the best possible customer experience that their team pride themselves on
  • Have previous success in a sales-based role
  • Possess excellent communication skills with a great telephone manner
  • Hold a UK driving licence and have your own car
  • Live within easy driving distance of Walton-on-Thames
  • Be accurate, numerate and have good attention to detail
  • Ideally have good local knowledge of local area or the surrounding areas but this is not essential
