About the Role
People 4 Property are delighted to be working with a highly respected and well-established estate agency brand, renowned for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a positive, supportive, and enjoyable working environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Sales Progressor, a property administrator with sales progression experience, or a Sales Negotiator looking to move away from weekend working while remaining within the property industry.
The Role
As a Sales Progressor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring property transactions proceed smoothly from agreed sale through to exchange and completion. Working as part of a busy and successful team, you will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline and keeping all parties informed throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing residential property sales from offer agreed through to completion
- Liaising with buyers, vendors, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders
- Proactively identifying and resolving issues that could delay transactions
- Maintaining regular communication with all parties to ensure progress is maintained
- Providing updates to clients and colleagues throughout the sales process
- Working closely with the sales team to achieve successful completions
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the transaction
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience progressing UK residential property sales
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise a busy workload and perform well under pressure
- A positive, proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A professional and confident telephone manner
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high professional standards
