The Role
As a Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
- Generating valuation opportunities through prospecting and relationship building
- Registering and qualifying applicants
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers and securing sales
- Managing vendor and purchaser relationships throughout the sales process
- Progressing sales through to completion
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve branch and personal targets
- Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the property journey
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous estate agency experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator, Valuer, Lister or similar role
- A proven track record of generating business and winning instructions
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- A professional, customer-focused approach
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Ambition, enthusiasm and a desire to build a long-term career within a successful independent agency
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive basic salary of £25,000
