About Me

I began my career at the age of 18 as a lettings negotiator, and have immersed myself in the fascinating worlds of Estate Agency and Recruitment ever since.

After decades spent in both worlds, highlights include leading a successful division of financial recruiters in central London and more recently serving as Lettings Director for a market leading independent firm in Richmond Upon Thames. Having had the opportunity to work for both independent and corporate companies means that I have gained insights into the benefits and pitfalls of both, and by now much has been learned from all the adventures of advancing my career, developing the individuals in my teams, and navigating the passions and frustrations of managing people.

I specialise in matching talent with amazing companies, from junior negotiators to senior managers, including property management and back office support roles.

Understanding the estate agency market requires more than theoretical knowledge—it demands real experience across different roles, markets, and challenges. My journey through various stages of the property industry has given me unique insights into what makes estate agency professionals successful and what agencies need to thrive.

Each role and experience in my career has contributed to a deeper understanding of the sector's complexities and the nuances of successful recruitment.

Read about how every stage of my career shaped the skills I bring today and discover why this breadth of experience makes all the difference in understanding your recruitment needs. This personal journey through the property industry helps me identify candidates who bring the same depth of understanding to your business.
