About the Role:
As a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be responsible for liaising with landlords and tenants, conducting property viewings, and negotiating lets from start to finish. You will be a key part of a supportive and driven team, working in a target-led environment with fantastic career progression opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6 – 12+ months experience in residential lettings
- Proven sales experience (essential)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A professional and well-presented manner
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and a team player
- A full UK driving license (essential)
