- Experience of property sales administration would be an advantage but is not required
As Administrator you will be providing administrative support to the Director and the busy Sales Team as a vital part of this office that deals with the high end of the property market.
Responsibilities to include:
- Greeting clients to the office and assisting the team
- Working closely with the team to produce property details and business documents
- Ensuring all legal checks and procedures are carried out contacting clients and solicitors to make sure documentation is returned promptly so that property sales to go through to completion
- Providing support and administrative assistance to the Negotiators and Sales Manager
- Facilitating the smooth running of the office
- Diary management
You will need to:
- Have excellent administrative skills and precise attention to detail
- Be accurate, numerate and with good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Possess great communication skills both written and verbal
- Display exceptional customer service skills and the desire to adhere to the highest industry standards providing an outstanding service
- Have an excellent command of English language both written and verbal
- Any experience of property sales administration would be an advantage but is not essential since full training will be given
