Experienced Residential Property Manager | Part-Time | Surrey
An experienced residential Property Manager based in Byfleet, seeking a part-time opportunity with a firm that values excellent customer care and a proactive approach to portfolio management.
With over five years’ experience across corporate agencies and independent firms, this candidate has managed portfolios of approximately 140–150 properties throughout Surrey. She brings a thorough understanding of day-to-day property management, building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors while keeping maintenance, compliance and tenancy matters on track.
Key Experience & Skills

Management of residential portfolios across Surrey, including Guildford and Leatherhead.

Coordinating maintenance, liaising with contractors and processing invoices.

Conducting property inspections, preparing reports and following up on issues.

Monitoring gas safety certificates, EICRs and EPCs.

Managing tenancy renewals, check-outs and deposit negotiations.

Coordinating works before new tenancies commence and assisting with inventory queries.

Strong organisation, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Her earlier career in travel sales and operations management adds commercial awareness, team leadership experience and a strong customer service background. She is accustomed to resolving complex issues, managing competing priorities and remaining calm under pressure.
