Lettings Negotiator | Surrey & South West London

An ambitious Lettings Negotiator with over two years’ residential lettings experience in Surrey, complemented by a First-Class Business degree and a strong background in customer service and team supervision.

Based in SW London, this candidate brings experience supporting the lettings process, from responding to enquiries and arranging viewings through to negotiating tenancy agreements and coordinating move-ins.

Their responsibilities include organising applicant referencing and credit checks, booking inventories, maintaining the client database and supporting property marketing through brochures and promotional materials. They also provide stock updates to senior management and assist the sales team with enquiries and viewings when required.

With previous experience in hospitality management and reception, they bring transferable skills in client care, administration, staff training and resolving customer concerns in busy environments.

Key experience and strengths

• Over two years’ experience in residential lettings within the Surrey market.

• Conducting property viewings and negotiating tenancy agreements.

• Coordinating referencing, inventories and move-in arrangements.

• Handling new enquiries and maintaining relationships with applicants, tenants and landlords.

• Managing property listings, marketing materials and client records.

• Previous supervisory experience, including training staff and allocating workloads.
