This confident and approachable candidate brings over seven years’ experience within an established estate agency group, progressing from Property Services Advisor to Sales Team Leader and, more recently, Senior Sales Consultant.
Their experience spans generating market appraisal opportunities, securing instructions, conducting viewings, negotiating offers and supporting sales progression. Their current role involves higher-value properties in a fast-paced Central London market.
Having relocated to the Guildford area, they are seeking an opportunity closer to home where they can contribute to a successful sales team and achieve strong commission earnings.
Key Experience and Strengths

Residential sales experience, including viewings, offers and sales progression.

Strong business generation skills, supporting clients from market appraisal through to instruction.

Experience leading approximately ten property services advisors, with responsibility for training, motivation and performance.

Previous responsibility for developing three junior advisors and helping them achieve their targets.

Experience promoting associated services, including conveyancing, surveys and financial services.

Confident communication and a personable approach to building client relationships.
