- IRPM qualifications will be fully supported if not already obtained

- Monday to Friday role 8.30am – 5.30
- 1 day WFH
- Working within a professional and experienced team you will be involved in all aspects of property management on your portfolio

In this interesting and varied role as a Block Property Manager you will be managing a high-quality portfolio of residential blocks of apartments. Responsibilities will include:
- Work alongside the Director to develop and expand the department
- Liaison with tenants, clients and landlords – investigating and ensuring prompt and effective responses are given
- Building professional relationships with landlords in order to provide them with an exceptional level of service when assisting them in decision making
- Assisting with the planning and management of all maintenance and repair work and monitoring and control all regular maintenance contracts
- Maintenance and updating of the database
- Dealing with day to day correspondence with tenants
- Arrange and attend Annual General Meetings
- Meeting all legislative and statutory controls, best practice guidance issued by ARMA
You should:
- Have experience of working in a residential block property management environment as a Property Manager
- Have a good knowledge of the latest property management Health and Safety requirements
- Display exceptional customer service skills and the desire to adhere to the highest industry standards providing an outstanding service
- Be keen to acquire IRPM qualifications if not already held – full training and support will be provided
- Have excellent administrative and numerical skills and precise attention to detail
- Be keen to work as part of a team with a positive approach to problem solving
- Be accurate, numerate and with good knowledge of Microsoft office packages
- Have strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner
- Have a flexible approach to assist the AST property management team as and when required.
- Importantly you should be positive and highly motivated to work as a key part of this friendly team
