About the Role
People 4 Property are delighted to be working with one of South West London’s most respected independent estate agents, who are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead their established residential sales team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded local brand, taking responsibility for a successful branch within the thriving Borough of Merton.
Key Responsibilities – Sales Manager

Manage and drive residential sales performance across the branch

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing estate agency sales team

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and local contacts

Carry out property valuations, viewings, and negotiations

Deliver outstanding customer service in line with company values

Work closely with other branches to maximise cross-branch opportunities

Maintain excellent knowledge of the local property market, particularly Merton and surrounding areas
Candidate Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator or a Sales Manager within residential estate agency

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
-
Target-driven, commercially minded, and well organised
-
Professional, proactive, and positive approach
-
Confident managing a branch and driving consistent results
What’s on Offer

Competitive basic salary of £38,000
-
OTE of £74,000, inclusive of company car or car allowance
