Responsibilities as Sales Negotiator will include:
- Being a key part of a highly regarded estate agency known for their local knowledge and the personal service to clients they provide
- Sourcing and marketing potential properties for sale
- Registering client details and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers
- Ensuring your sales close and go through to successful completion
You will need to have:
- A successful track record of selling residential properties in a similar area as an Estate Agent
- The desire to deliver the high levels of customer service that this company prides itself on
- Excellent communication skills
- A UK driving licence and your own car
- Local knowledge of this area of West Sussex would be an advantage but is not essential
