FAQs

FAQs

What positions do you fill?

We work with all kinds of property roles – from trainee estate agents to Director-level positions. We also cover back-office roles like property management, accounts, and administrative support. Basically, if it’s property-related, we can help!

I’ve never used a recruitment agency before – will it cost me anything?

Not at all! Our services and advice are completely free for candidates. (We might ask for a review if you’re happy to share your experience.)

What does the recruitment process look like?

It all starts with a quick phone call. Then we’ll arrange a meeting—face-to-face or virtual—where we chat about your career goals, the type of role you’re after, and the kind of company culture that suits you best.

If a role doesn’t feel right, do I have to take it?

Absolutely not. Your career, your choice. If a role doesn’t feel like the right fit, we simply move on to the next opportunity.

How do you protect my identity?

We take your privacy seriously. All photos, contact details, and anything that could reveal your identity are removed. Your full CV is only shared with potential employers when you give us the green light. Once an interview is arranged, some of your details will need to be shared with the employer, of course.
