About the Role

People 4 Property is working with an established and highly regarded independent estate agency, well established in the local market, is seeking an experienced and proactive Office Administrator to join its busy Residential Sales branch in Wimbledon.

Known for its strong local reputation, professionalism, and excellent customer service, this is an opportunity to become part of a friendly, close-knit, and high-performing team. You will play a vital role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the branch, working alongside the Branch Manager, Assistant Manager, Senior Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, and Financial Advisor.

The Role

You will be responsible for ensuring all administrative and compliance processes are completed accurately and efficiently, providing essential support to the sales team and delivering a professional front-of-house experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily branch administration and office organisation

  • Uploading property details and marketing materials online

  • Sending valuation reports and issuing Terms of Business

  • Carrying out I.D. and Anti-Money Laundering checks via Credas

  • Preparing property information and uploading details to the CRM

  • Issuing offer letters and memorandums of sale

  • Arranging professional photography, floorplans, and EPCs

  • Creating marketing materials including tout cards and letters

  • Booking surveys and sending property comparables

  • Organising and tracking property keys

  • Handling incoming calls, messages, and greeting clients in the office

  • Maintaining an up-to-date window display

  • Using the CRM system (training provided)

About You

  • Previous experience in property administration or a similar office-based role

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

  • Confident, professional, and approachable manner

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

  • Competent with Microsoft Office and general IT systems
