Are you passionate about property lettings and excellent customer service? Our client — a leading independent estate agency based in Cobham — is seeking a proactive and professional Lettings & Property Management Administrator to join their dynamic team. This is a varied and rewarding position combining lettings responsibilities with hands-on property management, offering career progression and a supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities as a Lettings and Management Administrator 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants.

  • Conduct property viewings and manage enquiries from prospective tenants.

  • Negotiate offers and progress tenancy applications — including referencing and paperwork — in a timely manner.

  • Support the property management team with routine inspections, maintenance queries and coordination of contractor works.

  • Assist landlords with tenancy renewals and provide property-related advice.

  • Ensure issues and tenant queries are resolved professionally and efficiently.

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Previous experience in residential lettings, property management, or a customer-facing administrative position.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.

  • A proactive, driven attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
