About the Role
An exciting opportunity to start a career in estate agency and property sales has arisen with a successful residential estate agency in Woking, Surrey. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Trainee Estate Agent / Trainee Sales Negotiator to join their busy and high-performing team.
This role offers full professional training, uncapped commission, and outstanding long-term career prospects.
Salary & Benefits

OTE £30,000 plus in Year 1

Key Responsibilities – Trainee Sales Negotiator

Registering buyers and understanding their property requirements
-
Arranging and conducting residential property viewings
-
Marketing properties for sale
-
Building relationships with buyers and sellers
-
Learning to negotiate offers and agree sales
-
Progressing sales through to completion
-
Delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Ideal Candidate – Trainee Estate Agent
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Confident telephone manner
-
Interest in property, sales, or estate agency
-
Strong attention to detail and good numeracy skills
-
Full UK driving licence (own car advantageous but not essential)
-
Local knowledge of Woking or Surrey beneficial
-
No previous estate agency experience required
