About the Role
People 4 Property are delighted to be working with a highly successful independent estate agency who are looking to recruit an accomplished Valuer / Lister for their busy Banstead office.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced property professional with a proven track record in winning instructions and driving market share. The business has a strong local presence and reputation, providing an excellent platform for a confident and commercially astute valuer to thrive.
The Role
As a Valuer / Lister, you will be responsible for:
Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions Building strong relationships with vendors Converting valuation opportunities into listings Working closely with the sales team to ensure successful marketing and sale of properties Driving new business and increasing market share Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service
This role requires confidence, credibility, and the ability to demonstrate local market expertise.
Working Hours
Monday – Saturday Either every other Saturday off A day off in lieu when a Saturday is worked
Salary & Package
Basic Salary: £30,000 OTE: £55,000 – £60,000 Commission-based structure Monthly car allowance Additional performance-related incentives
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience as a Valuer / Lister within estate agency Strong track record of winning instructions Commercially driven and target-focused Excellent communication and negotiation skills Professional and well-presented Full UK driving licence
