About Profile

An organised and highly experienced Property Manager with more than six years’ experience within residential lettings, including responsibility for managing a portfolio of approximately 120–150 properties.

She has handled the complete property management process, providing a professional and responsive service to landlords and tenants while ensuring properties remain compliant and maintenance issues are resolved efficiently.

Her property management experience includes:

  • Managing a residential portfolio of approximately 120–150 properties
  • Acting as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors
  • Coordinating repairs, maintenance and emergency works
  • Obtaining quotations, instructing contractors and arranging payments
  • Monitoring gas safety certificates and other statutory compliance requirements
  • Ensuring landlords meet their legislative and contractual obligations
  • Arranging routine property inspections and end-of-tenancy check-outs
  • Preparing tenancy agreements, renewals and associated documentation
  • Negotiating tenancy renewals and collecting security deposits
  • Completing Right to Rent checks and maintaining accurate tenancy records
  • Preparing reports and monitoring property management information
  • Working closely with the Lettings Manager to support the wider department

She has also undertaken property inspections and maintenance coordination for vulnerable residents within a local authority setting. Her more recent mortgage administration experience has further strengthened her ability to manage confidential information, check detailed documentation and progress regulated processes accurately.

Experienced with Reapit, Preview, Smartsheet, Microsoft Word and Excel, she is known for her attention to detail, adaptability and calm, organised approach. She works confidently on her own initiative and thrives in a busy environment where deadlines, compliance and customer service are equally important.

Based near Sunbury, she is now seeking a part-time property management or property administration opportunity, ideally working five mornings or three full days per week. She would also consider a hybrid or remote position within easy reach of her local area.
