Experienced Property Manager – South East London
An accomplished ARLA Propertymark-qualified Property Manager with extensive experience across residential property management and estate agency. She currently manages a substantial portfolio of approximately 280 properties and is confident handling the full tenancy lifecycle while maintaining excellent service standards for landlords and tenants.
Warm, professional and highly organised, she is accustomed to managing demanding workloads, working to strict deadlines and resolving problems efficiently. Her background also includes inventory services, sales progression and mortgage administration, giving her a strong understanding of the wider property transaction.
Key Experience
- Managing a residential portfolio of approximately 280 properties
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance and works orders
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Obtaining estimates and monitoring works through to completion
- Managing deposit negotiations and end-of-tenancy matters
- Conducting periodic property visits and providing detailed feedback
- Arranging check-ins, check-outs and inventories
- Preparing tenancy agreements
- Booking and monitoring safety certificates
- Ensuring properties are ready for new tenancies
- Processing contractor invoices and landlord payments
- Training and supporting new team members
- Previous experience in sales progression and mortgage administration

- ARLA Propertymark qualified
Location
Based in South East London and ideally positioned for opportunities across South East London and surrounding areas.
