About the Role
Estate Agent – Walton-on-Thames
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Estate Agent to join a successful and highly respected independent estate agency in Walton-on-Thames.
This is an excellent opportunity for a property professional who enjoys building relationships, negotiating deals, and delivering outstanding customer service. Whether you are currently working as a Sales Negotiator, Senior Negotiator or Estate Agent, this role offers excellent earning potential, strong local market presence, and genuine opportunities for career progression.
The Role
As an Estate Agent, you will play a key role in the residential sales team, managing applicants and vendors through the sales process while helping the branch achieve its targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Registering and qualifying buyers
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
- Progressing sales through to completion
- Identifying valuation opportunities and generating new business
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and purchasers
- Delivering exceptional levels of customer service
- Contributing to the continued success and growth of the branch
About You
- Previous experience within residential estate agency sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive and target-driven approach
- Professional, enthusiastic and customer-focused
- Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Salary & Benefits
- £27,500 basic salary
- Realistic OTE of £50,000+
- Uncapped commission structure
