Sales / Senior Sales Negotiator

People 4 Property is looking for a motivated estate agent who enjoys building relationships, generating business and helping buyers and sellers through their next move.

The Role

Working closely with the branch team, your responsibilities will include:

Registering buyers and matching their requirements to suitable properties.
Arranging and conducting viewings.
Following up enquiries and providing regular feedback to vendors.
Negotiating offers and agreeing sales.
Identifying valuation opportunities and generating new business.
Maintaining strong relationships with buyers and sellers.
Supporting sales progression and helping transactions move towards completion.
Contributing to branch targets while delivering excellent customer service.

About You

This opportunity would suit an experienced Sales Negotiator ready to progress, or an established Senior Sales Negotiator looking for a fresh challenge.

You will bring:

Previous experience in residential estate agency sales.
Confident communication and negotiation skills.
A proactive approach to generating business and achieving targets.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A friendly, professional manner and a collaborative approach.
A full UK driving licence.
Knowledge of Chertsey / Ottershaw and the surrounding areas would be advantageous.

Valuation and instruction-winning experience would be an advantage for applicants seeking a senior position.

Salary & Benefits

Basic salary of £24,000–£27,500, depending on experience.
OTE of £45,000–£50,000 per annum.
£2,000 annual car allowance.
Additional ancillary commission.

Working Hours

Working hours and the Saturday rota will be confirmed.
