Senior Property Manager | Full Time or Part Time

People 4 Property is recruiting for an independent estate and lettings agency in Staines-upon-Thames. This opportunity will suit someone who takes pride in providing excellent service and keeping their properties running smoothly.

The Opportunity

You will manage a portfolio of approximately 120 residential properties, taking responsibility for the day-to-day management and acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.

Applications are welcome from experienced Property Managers seeking either a full-time position or a part-time role working Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

The Role

• Take ownership of your residential portfolio, delivering a responsive and professional management service.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords and tenants.

• Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and keeping all parties updated.

• Arrange property inspections and follow up on any issues identified.

• Monitor safety certification and tenancy compliance requirements.

• Handle tenancy queries and resolve issues with a practical, customer-focused approach.

• Maintain accurate records and keep landlords informed about their properties.

About You

• Previous experience in residential property management is essential.

• Confident managing your own portfolio and prioritising a busy workload.

• A sound understanding of tenancy compliance and landlords’ responsibilities.

• Strong communication skills and a calm, professional approach.

• Organised, proactive and thorough, with a willingness to see issues through to resolution.

• Committed to providing excellent customer care.

Salary & Benefits

• £35,000–£40,000 depending on experience.

• Responsibility for an established portfolio of approximately 120 residential properties.

• An opportunity to make the portfolio your own and build lasting client relationships.

Working Hours

Full-time applicants will be considered, alongside candidates seeking part-time work on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Exact working hours will be discussed during the recruitment process.
