The Opportunity

You will play an active role in the office’s residential sales business, helping buyers find their next home and supporting sellers throughout the process.

With a basic salary of £26,000–£27,000, an annual car allowance and a commission package offering a realistic £50,000 OTE, this is an attractive opportunity for an ambitious negotiator who takes pride in delivering results.

The Role

• Register buyers and understand their property requirements.

• Arrange and conduct property viewings.

• Build strong relationships with buyers and vendors.

• Negotiate offers and agree sales.

• Generate leads and identify opportunities for new business.

• Maintain accurate records and provide regular client updates.

• Work closely with colleagues to keep transactions moving.

About You

• Previous experience in residential estate agency sales.

• A track record of generating leads and agreeing sales.

• Confident, professional communication and negotiation skills.

• A proactive approach and motivation to achieve targets.

• Strong organisation and a commitment to customer service.

• A full UK driving licence.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary of £26,000–£27,000.

• £2,000 annual car allowance.

• Commission rates of 7% and 20%.

• Realistic on-target earnings of £50,000.
