About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced estate agent to step into an Assistant Branch Manager role with a well-established and highly regarded independent agency covering the Hampshire and Surrey borders.
This is the perfect next step for a Senior Sales Negotiator with valuation experience who is ready to move into a leadership position and build a long-term career within a successful, growing business.
The Opportunity
Joining a respected multi-branch agency, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the office while driving new business and maintaining exceptional service levels.
This is a hands-on role where you will be both winning instructions and leading from the front.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property valuations and convert market appraisals into instructions
- Support and motivate the branch team to achieve targets
- Drive sales performance and contribute to overall branch success
- Deliver outstanding customer service to vendors and buyers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and applicants
- Assist in the strategic growth and development of the branch
About You
- Proven experience in residential estate agency
- Strong track record in valuations and instruction winning
- Currently a Senior Sales Negotiator or similar, ready to step up
- Some leadership or mentoring experience is advantageous
- Confident, articulate, and commercially driven
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Positive, team-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence and own car essential
- Good knowledge of the local area is a strong advantage
