About the Role
People 4 Property are delighted to be working with a highly respected, award-winning independent estate agency that is looking to recruit an experienced Valuation Manager / Lister to join their successful Stoneleigh office.
Covering Stoneleigh, West Ewell, Chessington, Worcester Park and the surrounding areas, this is an excellent opportunity for a proven property professional who enjoys winning instructions, building client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
Joining an established and successful team, you will play a key role in driving new business, increasing market share and helping vendors achieve the best possible outcome when selling their property.
The Role
As a Valuation Manager / Lister, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
- Building strong relationships with homeowners and prospective vendors
- Generating new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Providing expert advice on pricing, marketing and local market conditions
- Negotiating sales and supporting transactions through to completion
- Working closely with the sales team to maximise performance
- Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the sales process
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the branch
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Valuer, Lister, Senior Negotiator or Valuation Manager
- A strong track record of winning instructions and generating new business
- Excellent local knowledge of the Stoneleigh and surrounding areas (advantageous)
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- A professional and customer-focused approach
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- The ambition to succeed within a market-leading business
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive basic salary (dependent on experience)
- OTE £50,000 – £70,000
