About the Role
People 4 Property are delighted to be working with a highly respected, award-winning independent estate agency in Tadworth, Surrey, seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their successful and growing team.

The Role
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving residential property sales and delivering exceptional service throughout the customer journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Registering and qualifying buyers
- Matching applicants to suitable properties
- Conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
- Assisting with market appraisals and valuations where appropriate
- Managing sales progression through to completion
- Building strong relationships with vendors, purchasers and solicitors
- Generating additional revenue through mortgage, conveyancing and associated referrals
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the process
This position would suit an experienced Sales Negotiator looking for the next step in their career, or an established Senior Negotiator seeking a fresh challenge with a reputable independent agency.
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 18:00
- Friday: 08:30 – 17:00
- Saturday: 08:30 – 17:00
- Sunday: Closed
A day off is provided in lieu for working Saturdays, creating an effective five-day working week.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: £18,000 - £25,000 (depending on experience)
- On Target Earnings: £35,000 - £55,000
- Four-month financial guarantee (subject to agreement)
- Car allowance (typically £150+ per month)
- Commission structure starting at 6%, increasing to 8%

The Ideal Candidate
- Previous residential estate agency sales experience is essential
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional, driven and customer-focused
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
