About the Role
Are you an experienced Estate Agent looking to join one of the area's most respected independent property businesses?
Our client is a long-established, highly successful independent estate agency with an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional customer service and selling some of the finest homes across Petersfield and the surrounding villages.

The Role - Estate Agent
As an Estate Agent, you'll be responsible for helping buyers and sellers throughout their property journey while delivering the highest levels of customer service.
Your duties will include:
- Registering applicants and matching buyers with suitable properties
- Conducting accompanied property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
- Winning new business and generating property valuations
- Building strong relationships with vendors, purchasers and solicitors
- Progressing agreed sales through to exchange and completion
- Providing honest, professional advice throughout the sales process
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience working as an Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator or within residential property sales
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A confident and professional approach to negotiating
- A proactive attitude with a desire to succeed
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
Knowledge of the Petersfield property market would be advantageous but is not essential.
Salary & Benefits for Estate Agent Role
- Basic salary up to £22,000 depending on experience
- On Target Earnings of £40,000+
