The Opportunity

Joining a highly experienced and successful lettings team, you’ll be working in a busy marketplace with an excellent supply of quality rental properties and an established landlord and tenant database.

The company operates a shared office commission structure, creating a genuinely collaborative environment where the team works together rather than competing internally for individual deals.

You’ll also benefit from the support of an experienced and dedicated in-house Property Management department, allowing the lettings team to focus on what they do best – building relationships, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, securing tenancies and generating new business.

The Role

As an Experienced Lettings Negotiator, your responsibilities will include:

• Registering and qualifying prospective tenants
• Conducting property viewings
• Matching applicants to suitable properties
• Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
• Progressing agreed tenancies
• Developing strong relationships with landlords and applicants
• Identifying opportunities for new instructions and referrals
• Maintaining excellent knowledge of the local lettings market
• Working collaboratively with the wider lettings team
• Delivering the high level of service expected from a market-leading independent agency

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who already has residential lettings experience and understands how to deliver an excellent service in a busy, quality-driven marketplace.

You’ll ideally be:

• An experienced Lettings Negotiator
• Confident conducting viewings and negotiating offers
• Professional, personable and articulate
• Commercially minded with a strong desire to achieve
• Comfortable working with landlords and tenants at all levels
• A strong team player
• Well organised with excellent communication skills
• Keen to develop your career with a respected independent agency
• A full UK driving licence holder
