About the Role
People 4 Property are delighted to be recruiting for an enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join a successful independent estate agency in Colliers Wood, SW19.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around 1–2 years’ estate agency experience who is ready to take the next step in their career within a busy, successful branch.
You’ll be working alongside an experienced Branch Manager, Senior Negotiator and Office Administrator, giving you a supportive team around you while still having the opportunity to take ownership of your applicants, viewings and deals.
The Role
As Sales Negotiator, you will be involved in all aspects of residential sales, including:
- Registering and building strong relationships with buyers
- Conducting property viewings and providing constructive feedback
- Matching applicants to suitable properties
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Proactively generating new business opportunities
- Maintaining regular contact with your applicant database
- Supporting the branch in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Delivering an excellent level of customer service throughout the buying and selling process
- Developing strong knowledge of Colliers Wood and the surrounding property market
About You
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, personable and genuinely enjoys working with people.
Ideally, you will have:
- Around 1–2 years’ experience within residential estate agency
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive approach to generating business
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- The drive to achieve targets and maximise your earning potential
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- A full UK driving licence
This role would particularly suit a Negotiator who has built a solid foundation within estate agency and is now looking for an opportunity to continue learning, increase their earnings and progress their career within an independent environment.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary up to £24,000
- OTE up to £55,200
- Company car or car allowance
- 20 days’ annual leave
- All Bank Holidays
- Additional leave over the Christmas period

Working Hours
- Five-day working week
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:30pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
- Every Saturday worked with a fixed day off during the week
- Sundays closed
