About the Role
People 4 Property is recruiting a Senior Property Manager for an independent Surrey lettings and property management agency. This is an opportunity to join a business that takes pride in providing a personal, premium service to landlords and tenants.
The Opportunity
You will take ownership of a high end residential portfolio of up to 150 properties. You will work within a small, close knit team where everyone helps one another and shares a commitment to customer satisfaction.
The Role
- Manage your own portfolio and act as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, following issues through to completion.
- Oversee property inspections, tenancy matters and compliance.
- Keep clients informed through clear, timely communication.
- Resolve problems proactively and maintain a consistently high standard of service.
About You
You will have solid residential property management experience and the confidence to take responsibility for your own portfolio. You are organised, approachable and calm under pressure, with a genuine commitment to looking after clients and their properties. You will also enjoy working as part of a supportive team.
Salary & Benefits
- £40,000 salary
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
- High end residential portfolio
- Small, collaborative team
