About the Role

People 4 Property are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded estate agency, known for outstanding customer service and a positive, professional working culture. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Sales Progressor to support their residential sales team.

This role is ideal for an experienced Sales Progression Administrator, Property Administrator, or Sales Negotiator looking to move away from weekend working while remaining within estate agency.

Key Responsibilities – Sales Progressor

  • Manage the sales progression process from offer agreed through to exchange and completion

  • Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, mortgage brokers and estate agents

  • Chase outstanding documentation and proactively resolve issues to prevent delays

  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to all parties

  • Deliver a consistently high level of customer service

  • Work within a busy estate agency office environment, dealing with clients face-to-face when required

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in UK residential sales progression

  • Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and work under pressure

  • Confident written and verbal communication skills

  • Professional telephone manner

  • Competent using Microsoft Office

  • Team-focused with a positive, proactive approach
