Working within a fast-paced residential sales office, the successful Senior Sales Negotiator will play a key role in generating business, negotiating offers, building strong client relationships, and driving sales performance across the branch.

Key Responsibilities – Senior Sales Negotiator
- Registering and qualifying buyers
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
- Building strong relationships with vendors and applicants
- Generating new business opportunities and winning instructions
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Working towards branch targets and supporting overall office performance
- Maintaining accurate records and CRM updates
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator within estate agency
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
- Confident, motivated and target driven
- Professional, articulate and well presented
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence required
