Trainee Estate Agent

A dedicated and highly motivated trainee estate agent, committed to launching a career in residential property from June 2026.

From a young age, this candidate has demonstrated strong commercial awareness and initiative. At just 13 years old, he founded a sports marketing venture focused on generating sponsorship funding for local football clubs. This involved proactive cold calling, email outreach, arranging online meetings and successfully negotiating sponsorship agreements with local businesses and senior industry professionals. This early exposure provided an excellent grounding in sales, negotiation, relationship building and commercial communication.

Alongside his entrepreneurial experience, he has developed strong teamwork, leadership and communication skills through extensive coaching and mentoring roles within grassroots football, working with children of various age groups and taking responsibility in fast-paced, people-focused environments.

Competitive by nature, resilient and highly driven, he thrives in target-led settings and brings a strong work ethic, confidence on the phone and a genuine enthusiasm for working with people.
