Assistant Sales Manager

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Negotiator ready to step up or an existing Assistant Manager looking for a stronger platform.

You’ll be joining a high-performing, well-respected independent agency where you can make a real impact on instructions, revenue, and team performance.

The Role

A hands-on position where you’ll:

• Win instructions and conduct market appraisals
• Support and help drive the sales team
• Negotiate offers at a high level
• Assist with day-to-day running of the office
• Contribute to strategy and growth of the branch

About You

• Proven estate agency experience (ideally with valuation experience)
• Strong track record in instructions and sales
• Ambitious and looking for the next step
• Natural leader with the ability to motivate others
• Professional, driven, and commercially focused
