An excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Negotiator ready to step up or an existing Assistant Manager looking for a stronger platform.

The Role
A hands-on position where you’ll:
- Win instructions and conduct market appraisals
- Support and help drive the sales team
- Negotiate offers at a high level
- Assist with day-to-day running of the office
- Contribute to strategy and growth of the branch
About You
- Proven estate agency experience (ideally with valuation experience)
- Strong track record in instructions and sales
- Ambitious and looking for the next step
- Natural leader with the ability to motivate others
- Professional, driven, and commercially focused
