Are you an experienced Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Professional looking for your next challenge with one of Surrey's most respected independent estate agencies?

Our client is seeking an ambitious, driven and commercially minded Lettings Manager to lead their successful Woking office. The successful candidate will take ownership of an established lettings department, driving growth, increasing market share and leading a high-performing team.

The Role

As Lettings Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Driving new business generation and increasing market share
Winning new instructions and building a strong lettings portfolio
Leading, motivating and developing a successful lettings team
Building and maintaining relationships with landlords, tenants and local businesses
Conducting valuations and providing professional lettings advice
Negotiating offers and securing new tenancies
Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and industry regulations
Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high professional standards
Monitoring branch performance and implementing strategies for continued growth

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience as a Lettings Manager, Assistant Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator
A proven track record of winning instructions and growing market share
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
A target-driven and commercially focused approach
Sound knowledge of current lettings legislation
ARLA qualification or a commitment to professional development would be advantageous
Full UK driving licence
