Lettings Manager

The Role

As Lettings Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Driving new business generation and increasing market share
• Winning new instructions and building a strong lettings portfolio
• Leading, motivating and developing a successful lettings team
• Building and maintaining relationships with landlords, tenants and local businesses
• Conducting valuations and providing professional lettings advice
• Negotiating offers and securing new tenancies
• Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and industry regulations
• Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high professional standards
• Monitoring branch performance and implementing strategies for continued growth

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Lettings Manager, Assistant Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator
• A proven track record of winning instructions and growing market share
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• A target-driven and commercially focused approach
• Sound knowledge of current lettings legislation
• ARLA qualification or a commitment to professional development would be advantageous
• Full UK driving licence

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
Alternate Saturdays required
