People 4 Property are delighted to be working in partnership with a highly regarded, market-leading independent estate agency to recruit an ambitious Assistant Sales Manager for their successful Shepperton office.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established, high-performing branch with an experienced team already in place, including two accomplished Sales Negotiators, dedicated administrative support and an in-house Sales Progression team, allowing you to focus on what you do best – winning instructions, growing market share and supporting the continued success of the office.

The Role
As Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Branch Manager with the day-to-day running of this successful office whilst leading by example in generating new business and delivering outstanding customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
- Negotiating residential property sales from offer through to completion
- Supporting and motivating a team of two experienced Sales Negotiators
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of the branch
- Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients
- Generating new business opportunities and increasing market share
- Working closely with the administration and Sales Progression teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Delivering professional advice and outstanding levels of customer service throughout the sales process
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator, Valuer, Lister or Assistant Sales Manager within residential estate agency
- A proven track record of winning instructions and achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and support colleagues
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, enthusiastic and commercially minded approach
- Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
