The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you'll play a key role in helping buyers and sellers throughout their property journey. Working in a fast-paced office, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while maximising every sales opportunity.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
- Conducting residential property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Building lasting relationships with clients
- Generating new business opportunities and booking valuations
- Progressing sales and maintaining regular communication with all parties
- Keeping up to date with the local property market
- Working towards and exceeding individual and office targets
About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about property and enjoys working in a customer-focused, target-driven environment.
You will have:
- 1-2 years' experience in residential estate agency sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, positive and professional approach
- The ability to build strong relationships with buyers and vendors
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- A desire to develop a long-term career within residential estate agency
