This is an exceptional opportunity to specialise in the sale of premium homes ranging from £800,000 to £3 million throughout Guildford and the Surrey Hills. Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you'll play an integral role in growing the prestige division, building relationships with discerning buyers and sellers, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The Role

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you'll work with buyers and sellers across Guildford and the Surrey Hills, handling the sale of exceptional homes while providing a first-class level of service throughout the customer journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting accompanied viewings of high-value homes and showcasing both the property and lifestyle on offer
  • Negotiating offers and managing premium property transactions through to agreed sale
  • Building trusted relationships with buyers and vendors through exceptional communication and service
  • Proactively generating new business through networking, referrals, previous clients and local market knowledge
  • Identifying valuation opportunities and helping to grow market share within the prestige property sector
  • Qualifying agreed sales before handing over to the dedicated Sales Progression team
  • Maintaining an excellent understanding of the Guildford and Surrey Hills property market to provide informed advice to clients
  • Delivering the highest standards of professionalism, presentation and customer service at all times

About You

We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded estate agent who enjoys building relationships and delivering exceptional results.

You'll ideally have:

  • 18-24 months' residential estate agency experience
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence dealing with premium properties and high-net-worth clients
  • A proactive approach to generating new business rather than waiting for opportunities
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
