About the Role
Are you an experienced Estate Agency Manager looking for your next leadership opportunity with one of Surrey's most respected independent estate agencies?
People 4 Property are delighted to be working in partnership with a highly regarded, market-leading independent estate agency to recruit an ambitious Branch Manager for their successful Ottershaw office.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of an established branch, leading a team of two Sales Negotiators whilst driving business growth, delivering exceptional customer service and continuing to build on the office's excellent reputation within the local community.

The Role
As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the Ottershaw office, leading from the front whilst inspiring your team to deliver outstanding results.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing, motivating and developing a team of two Sales Negotiators
- Conducting market appraisals and winning new property instructions
- Driving residential property sales and maximising branch profitability
- Coaching your team to achieve individual and office targets
- Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and the local community
- Developing new business opportunities through networking and referrals
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
- Ensuring the branch operates professionally and efficiently at all times
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Sales Manager or an ambitious Assistant Branch Manager ready to step up
- A proven track record of winning instructions and delivering strong sales results
- Experience of leading, motivating and developing a successful team
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, positive and commercially driven approach
- Strong knowledge of the local residential property market
- Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
