Experienced Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator wanted for an established independent estate agency in Weybridge, Surrey. Basic salary £24,000–£27,500, OTE £45,000–£50,000, plus £2,000 car allowance and additional commission. People 4 Property is recruiting on behalf of a respected independent estate agency seeking a Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator to join its established Weybridge team.

The Role

Match buyers with suitable properties and conduct viewings.

Develop relationships with buyers and sellers.

Negotiate offers and secure agreed sales.

Identify opportunities to generate new business.

Keep clients informed and maintain accurate records.

Support colleagues in delivering a professional service.
About You

Previous residential estate agency experience.

Strong knowledge of Weybridge and the surrounding area.

Confident communication and negotiation skills.

A positive attitude and motivation to achieve targets.

High standards of presentation and customer care.

A full UK driving licence.
Salary & Benefits

Basic salary £24,000–£27,500.

On-target earnings £45,000–£50,000.
