About the Role
Are you an ambitious Lettings Negotiator looking to join one of Surrey’s most successful independent estate agencies?
Our client is a highly respected, award-winning independent agency with an outstanding reputation across Epsom, Ewell, Banstead, Stoneleigh and the surrounding areas. Built on delivering exceptional customer service and a genuinely personal approach, they have become one of the area's most recognised property brands, helping landlords and tenants across Surrey and South West London.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a motivated and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to join their successful Epsom team.
The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in generating new business, arranging and conducting viewings, matching tenants to suitable properties, and supporting landlords throughout the letting process.
Responsibilities will include:
- Registering and qualifying prospective tenants
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
- Generating new landlord instructions and business opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and applicants
- Keeping applicants updated on suitable properties
- Assisting with tenancy progression and move-ins
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the lettings journey
The Ideal Candidate
You will be:
- An experienced Lettings Negotiator or estate agency professional
- A confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Highly motivated with a target-driven approach
- Well-presented and professional
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- In possession of a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive basic salary of £20,000 + £3,000 Car allowence
- Realistic OTE of £40,000
