About the Role

Are you a motivated and personable individual looking to build a career in the new homes industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a New Homes Sales Negotiator to join our team.

Previous estate agency or sales experience is beneficial but not essential — full training will be provided for the right candidate.

The Role

You will play a key part in the sale of new build residential developments, providing an outstanding experience for buyers from first enquiry through to reservation. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the sale of new build residential developments
  • Registering and qualifying applicants
  • Conducting viewings and dealing with buyer enquiries
  • Managing leads and maintaining regular client contact
  • Assisting with reservations
  • Providing excellent customer service throughout the buying process

About You

  • Well presented with confident communication skills
  • Positive attitude and strong people skills
  • Organised, motivated, and target-driven
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport essential
  • A genuine interest in property and new homes

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm Saturday working required on a flexible rota basis

The Package

  • Basic salary £20,000–£25,000 depending on experience
  • Commission structure and performance bonuses
  • Realistic OTE £30,000–£40,000
