People 4 Property is recruiting an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator for an established estate agency office in Shepperton. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building client relationships, securing sales and delivering a high standard of service throughout the moving process.

The Opportunity

You’ll join a well-established team working across Shepperton and the surrounding areas. The role offers the chance to develop your career within a respected estate agency business, with a £27,000 basic salary and an OTE of £60,000.

The Role

• Build strong relationships with buyers and sellers, understanding their needs and keeping them informed.
• Arrange and conduct viewings, follow up promptly and turn interest into offers.
• Negotiate offers and agree sales with confidence and professionalism.
• Identify new business opportunities and support the branch in winning instructions.
• Work closely with colleagues to progress transactions and provide a positive experience for clients.

About You

• You have residential sales experience and are ready to contribute at senior negotiator level.
• You are confident speaking with buyers and sellers and comfortable negotiating offers.
• You are proactive, organised and motivated by both excellent service and results.
• You can build lasting relationships and represent the business professionally.
