About the Role
People 4 Property are delighted to be working with a highly successful independent estate agency in Stoneleigh who are looking to recruit a motivated and ambitious Sales Negotiator to join their established team.
The client is ideally seeking someone with previous estate agency experience. However, they will also consider driven individuals from a strong customer service or sales background who are eager to build a career within property.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected local agency offering strong earning potential, a structured commission scheme and clear progression.
The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, your responsibilities will include:
Registering and qualifying applicants Booking and conducting viewings Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors Generating new business opportunities Supporting sales progression through to completion Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage
You will be part of a supportive and performance-driven team environment where results are recognised and rewarded.
Working Hours
Monday – Thursday: 08:30 – 18:00 Friday & Saturday: 08:30 – 17:00 Sunday: Closed
A day off is given in lieu of working Saturday, making this effectively a five-day week. (Saturdays are not guaranteed off but can be requested.)
Salary & Package
Basic Salary: £18,000 – £25,000 (dependent on experience) OTE: £35,000 – £55,000 (dependent on experience) 4-month financial guarantee (£TBC) Car allowance: typically £150+ per month Commission: Starting at 6%, increasing up to 8% Multiple additional performance incentives included within the package
The Ideal Candidate
Previous estate agency experience preferred, but not essential Alternatively, strong customer service or sales background with a desire to move into property Confident, personable and target-driven Strong communication and negotiation skills Professional and well-presented Full UK driving licence
