Your Role as Senior Lettings Negotiator

Be a key member of a thriving, high-performing lettings team Arrange and conduct viewings at rental properties Manage offers and new deals ensuring compliance and a exceptional high level of customer care Conduct property viewings and deliver exceptional client experiences Develop long standing relationships with Landlords and tenants Arrange for properties to come onto the market

What We’re Looking For

A proven track record in residential lettings Highly motivated with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build strong professional relationships with Landlord, tenants, colleagues & contractors Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (car allowance provided) Local knowledge of Walton and surrounding areas is desirable but not essential
