Your Role
- Sell premium residential properties in Woking and surrounding villages
- Build relationships with buyers and sellers, providing a first-class, personal service
- Conduct professional property viewings and secure strong offers
- Negotiate effectively to maximise earnings for you and your clients
- Proactively source and market new listings to grow your portfolio
- Ensure all sales progress smoothly to completion
About You
We’re looking for a driven, ambitious estate agent with the passion and determination to succeed in a high-value property market.
You will need:
- A proven track record in residential sales as an estate agent
- Confidence selling premium, high-value homes (experience in this market is a bonus)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- A desire to provide outstanding client service
- A full UK driving licence
