People 4 Property are working in partnership with a well-established, high-performing independent estate agency in Walton-on-Thames who are looking to strengthen their sales team with the addition of an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator.

The Role
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you’ll be at the heart of the sales process — managing buyers and vendors, driving deals forward, and identifying new opportunities to win business.
You’ll be trusted to take ownership of your pipeline, while working closely with a supportive and experienced team.
Key Responsibilities
- Registering, qualifying, and managing applicants
- Conducting property viewings and providing expert local advice
- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
- Progressing transactions through to completion
- Identifying and generating valuation opportunities
- Building lasting relationships with buyers and vendors
- Contributing to overall branch performance and targets
About You
- Experience as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Negotiator within estate agency
- Confident, articulate, and commercially aware
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record
- Proactive and driven, with a natural ability to spot opportunities
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Full UK driving licence
